Street Sports is committed to having fair and competitive pricing in our retail store. We will match the price of any competitor located anywhere in the United States and we will beat the price of any competitor located within 100 miles of our retail store (including the greater Louisville area and the greater Cincinnati area) by 10%.* The quote must be available at the time of purchase.
*The item being matched or beaten must be exactly the same as the item being offered by Street Sports, including quantity, size, color, etc., including manufacturer and model number. The item must be new and in stock by the competitor being matched/beaten. The competitor must be an authorized dealer for the item being sold. The price quote must be verifiable by Street Sports. To be considered, the quote must be in a hardcopy format so that a copy can be kept on file by Street Sports. Allowable forms of quotes include magazine advertisement, mail order catalog, website printout, email, fax, and handwritten quote on company letterhead. The price matched/beaten will be the "delivered" cost, which will include any shipping, freight, handling, or any other fees associated with the delivery of the product from the competitor being matched/beaten to the consumer. The "delivered" cost will be subject to any and all applicable taxes required by law. The price beaten will be subject to a discount of 10%, up to a maximum discount of $5.00 per item. The discount will be taken from the listed selling price of the item being beaten only and will not include any other associated costs such as delivery fees. Discounts will only be honored at the time of the original sale. Previously purchased items are not eligible for discounts. Items must be available for purchase by Street Sports at the quoted price in the case of discontinued, limited availability, and exclusive items. Street Sports reserves the right to limit quantities and refuse discounts in the event of typographical errors. Program may be discontinued at any time without notice.
