Console area
This photo shows the center console area. The red switch at the upper left of the photo is the Master Arm switch for John's NOS nitrous oxide system. You can see that there is a small "Sneaky Pete" bottle that is mounted in the glove compartment. The current configuration however has a polished 10lb bottle located in the rear hatchback area custom mounted with a custom made stainless braided hose connecting the bottle to the engine compartment. There is also has a custom mounted Optima 800U spiral cell battery and a Soundstream 12" subwoofer mounted in the same area. The old ashtray and lighter assembly were removed in favor of the connecting center console seen here holding two Autometer gauges and a blue momentary switch for activating the NOS system. The shifter is a MOMO Competition unit. The CD player is from Pioneer and the cupholder up top was imported especially for Street Sports from Japan.
